i have done all that is written in the readme.md file. But I couldn't access the site, even though I started pm2, I can't log in with localhost.

in console:
Error initialize ranks: ERR syntax error or [ErrorReply: ERR syntax error]
in browser:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

can anyone please help me?
